The Experience
With this experience we've brought together all of the delights that horseracing has to offer. Often referred to as the Sport of King's you' ll be close to the action on the track and experience the charms of the racecourse's finest hospitality. This high quality facility offers easy access to the anticipation of the Parade Ring, excitement of the Winning Post and celebrations at the Winners' Enclosure. It provides a day of luxury at an all inclusive price - there's no need to worry about a bar bill or other incidentals, it's all included!

Vital Information
Guests with entrance into special enclosures are often required to dress smartly. Gentlemen are advised to wear a jacket and tie. Please also remember racecourses are often exposed to the elements, warm clothing is also advised. You'll need to book your date at least 4 weeks in advance and please note that you will receive a confirmation of your booked date, however your badges will not arrive until 5 days prior to the meeting.
The Weather
This experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions. Please telephone the location in the afternoon on the day prior to the experience to ensure that the meeting is taking place.
Session Length
Your experience could either be an afternoon meeting, starting around 11:30am or an evening meeting, usually starting around 16:00pm. On each card you can expect to watch 6 - 7 races.
Spectators
Non-paying guests cannot accompany you into the racecourse.
Dress Code
The racecourse requires both ladies and gentlemen to be smartly dressed (No Denim items please) . Gentlemen will be expected to wear jackets and ties at all times, open-necked shirts will not be permitted and ladies to respect the restaurant environment. Hats are welcome but not obligatory.
